This summer release is bottled at 20% ABV, a nod to local Miyazaki tradition. Made with Kogane Masari sweet potatoes, it offers soft floral aromatics and gentle sweetness.

Fermented with K6 yeast and revived S-type white koji, it’s all too easy to enjoy.
