By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you may not use the Site.

About the Site

The Site is operated to introduce Kodama Distillery, Inc. and our "Toji Junpei" brand of craft shochu.

Products are not currently available for purchase on the Site. If we begin online sales in the future, these Terms will be updated to include applicable sales conditions.

Age Restriction

The Site contains information about alcoholic beverages. The Site is intended for use only by individuals who are of legal drinking age in their country of residence and in the country from which they are accessing the Site. In Japan, the consumption of alcohol by persons under the age of 20 is prohibited by law. If you do not meet the applicable age requirement, please leave the Site immediately.

If you create an account on the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you become aware of any unauthorized use, please contact us immediately.

• We do not store your payment card information. Payment details are provided directly to our third-party payment processors and are managed in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Returns and Exchanges

• Return and exchange conditions will be established and published on the Site at the time online sales begin.
• Due to the nature of alcoholic beverages, we cannot accept returns of opened products.
• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us promptly.
